The department of Behavioral, Social, and Health Education Sciences mission is to better the health of all people by advancing knowledge and training tomorrow’s leaders how to change behavior and social conditions that influence health. BSHES offers a skill-based curriculum outlined by courses like Applied History of Public, Qualitative Methods for Research and Evaluation, Community Assessment, Program Planning and Program Evaluation. These skills prepare BSHES MPH students to be in successful in various public health professions.
