In this section, you will be guided to create 3 S.M.A.R.T professional development goals for your career and create your own #myImpact statement on the field of health education and promotion. Please use statements on the SOPHE website as a guide in writing your own. SMART goals are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound. It is important to set SMART professional goals to grow and succeed as a health education and promotion leader. After your goals are created, review them with a mentor, save them in your professional development portfolio, and revisit them within three months to track your progress.
