Evaluation of a Mandatory Professional Development on Supporting Transgender, Nonbinary, and Gender-Nonconforming Students in Chicago Public Schools

This article is about the LGBTQ+ community and the daily struggles they face with school. It focuses on a novel, "Supporting Transgender, Nonbinary, and Gender Nonconforming Students," that was created as a professional development requirement in 2019. Explore the effects of this professional development material as this article looks at a pre and post evaluation of 19,503 staff members.
