The Art of Being Alone' is a dynamic keynote that takes the audience on a journey through the current loneliness epidemic, how to leverage alone time to fuel creativity and productivity, and offers take home tactics for in-life implementation of change. The conversation touches on keys to leadership, building meaningful relationships, and how to find your pursuit of purpose.
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Contextualize the importance of feeling lonely, loneliness amongst our peers, and personal alone time. This provides not only perspective, but empathy through bold and powerful real-world statistics and examples.
- Implement five new methodologies on how to lean into alone time to explore personal creativity, leadership skills, and their own pursuit of purpose.
