Over the years, suicide prevention trainings have been the standard approach in mental health practices. However, there has been a notice by researchers of the need for more clarity when it comes to understanding that surround the core competencies of suicide prevention trainings. This study shows information on infusing curricular guidelines into the suicide prevention trainings and an examination of existing community trainings incorporation of cultural components.
